Dominium is organized by a seasoned team of conference leaders with over a decade of experience crafting events that are high-quality, meaningful, and marked by careful attention to detail. At the helm are John De Goes, James Torre, and Matthew & Courtney De Goes, who have led a variety of successful gatherings over the past 10 years, including professional and education-focused conferences.

While the organizers come from a largely Reformed background, Dominium is intentionally non-denominational — featuring speakers from a range of Christian traditions and welcoming all who desire to see Christ exalted in every area of life.
